What is a Mind/Body Alignment?
A simple, quick, and painless
procedure that creates a whole-brain
state, which is a balanced state
between the left and right
hemispheres of the brain. By doing
so, you change the receptivity of the
brain so that new more empowering
beliefs that support your goals and
highest good can replace the
unhealthy, negative ones in your
brain.
What Are the Benefits of a
Mind/Body Alignment?
The benefits of these alignment are
infinite. Some of the benefits can
include:
• Improved self esteem
• Improved relationships
• Increased feelings of joy
• Restored physical,
emotional, and mental health
• Increased prosperity
• Improved body image
• Achieve ideal body weight
How is an alignment done?
We start with muscle testing. Muscle
testing is a simple way of determining
what beliefs are in your subconscious
mind that may be blocking your
success. Muscle testing involves
presenting information to your
mind/body system to determine if
you are congruent or not
congruent with what is being
presented to your system. We
then identify the supporting belief
that your individual system needs,
and replace it with the one that is
blocking you.
How Is This Different From
Traditional Therapy?
Traditional therapy often
addresses the conscious negative
patterns or habits. The mind/body
alignment addresses the hidden,
unconscious beliefs that control
conscious behavior without having
to go through the negative
experience all over again. If you
have been receiving traditional
therapy and continue to feel
“stuck,” there may be some hidden
unconscious beliefs that are
blocking your progress. Once
removed, you may experience a
significant improvement in therapy
or may no longer require therapy
for that issue. More importantly,
the alignment can be done without
even knowing all of the beliefs that
are blocking your success. This
saves time and money!
There are times when an
alignment may lead to other forms
of treatment such as therapy, yet
you will feel empowered by your
decision. The alignment process
makes change fun and easy!

It is normal to fear or resist
change. I encourage you to go at a
pace that works best for you. If you
