Complete cheque requisitions for paying out different suppliers and
Audit the required docs for the payment.Control GP Report ie: what
has been invoiced and reversed. Monitor telephone Teltrace system.

petty cash. Sort out all original documents that need to be collected by
the various banks. Authorise number plate orders and control Licencing
cheque book. Controlling and ordering stationery. Pay out Creditors on
a monthly basis. Switchboard relief when required. Updating and
clearing all Debtors then submitting to MD on a weekly basis. Debtors
postings and Journal DIC; Deposits and Debella payments on Automate
(Inhouse system). Create Invoices on Automate when required.

the dealer differentiation & segmentation model. Provide efficient
response times to the Dealer/Sales team by meeting or exceeding SLA
times in order to ensure AVAF remains competitive in the market. Rely
on knowledge and expertise gained from experience in the Advance
Funds function to make accurate judgement calls with regards to
affecting a payout. Train new staff in the payouts department.
Contracts – Validate customer information presented on the contract
request according to all relevant business rules, procedures and
policies. Determine validity of the request according to the validations
checklist. Document decisions made together with all outstanding or
incorrect information where applicable. Communicate decisions made
to the Team Leader Sales and the dealer. If approved capture all
information accurately onto the Sap system. Refer all incorrect
capturing in the upstream process in order to identify training gaps and
capturing mistakes. Prioritise work according tosegmentation model.
Provide efficient response times to the dealer.
Applications – Capture applications and changes accurately onto the
Sap system. Score the application once completed. Complete the
necessary checklists and ensure that all the relevant legal and
business policies are adhered to. Prioritise work and stick within the
