5. EXAMPLES
RADBURN
CONCEPTRadburn concept is the separation of pedestrian and vehicular traffic with a pedestrian
path system that does not cross any major roads at grade, large block surrounded by
main road, houses grouped around and the remaining area is the park areas. There is
walkway for the pedestrian to reach social place without crossing Automobile Street

NEW JERSEY
WHY THIS CONCEPT?
To ensure the safety for peoples living here because
there was no major road in the areas so there will be
lesser accident in the area. Peoples were living near
each other so they can help each other if there is
some emergency need.

More Public Transportation
Public transportation is a crucial part of the solution to the nation’s economic, energy, and
environmental challenges - helping to bring a better quality of life.

9. Keep the environment
clean
Solid waste is the big issue for a few reasons. Our landfill is
getting filled up. Once it’s full, our solid waste will have to be
trucked out of state. There’s a big cost to trucking and
disposing of waste.
Use Renewable energy
Each source of renewable energy has unique benefits and
costs; this page explores the many benefits associated with
these energy technologies.Renewable energy are energy
that comes from resources which are naturally.
Solve traffic problem
Increasingly fuel-efficient cars, gas taxes are an ineffective
way to pay for roads. Make the road bigger and make more
highway and flyover.
Decrease abandoned
building
By demolishing the building into other useful building, make
it into agriculture area for food production.

07. APPENDIX 30-32
18. CONCLUSION
Brunei Town is a great town but compared to others town it might not be
because of the facilities and structure they used in other country is more
advanced. Brunei Town should improve the structure of the building and the
current condition of this city is very weak. Brunei Town should use renewable
energy so it would not pollute the city.
Brunei Town should get into Tokyo technology because they had the most
advanced technology in the current year. We should improve the city by
making the city more clean and build more sustainable building as most of
the building in Brunei Town is old.
27
19. Proposal
My opinion for the future city is to have green concept,
meaning that the city must keep clean and no pollution to
the city.
Future city need to have more public transportation so
it will reduce traffic congestion and air pollution to the
environment
28
20. Expect the unexpected
People need to be safe in the city
so we need a better technology of
safety system example
earthquakes detector and
volcanoes eruption detector so that
people will know when to run and
etc.
The building must have good foundation so it can prevent from falling if
there are earthquakes so that less people will died. Example, the flexible
steel frame material so it will just shake during earthquake.
