Example:
A guest came earlier than the check in time and was told to wait for his room to be ready. The room was ready in one hour but he waited 3 hours in the lounge. Nobody contacted him. He wanted to speak with the manager but was told that the manager was not available. All he received was a fruit platter in his room. He moved out of the hotel and never came back.
Today, we are not talking about complaint handling. We will go deeper to understand the root cause of the problem. Each case is unique and we cannot just copy and paste the solution for all guests.
