In 2010 State Street Corporation (SSC) provided the middle office processing for DeAM US, including reco rdke
eping, performance, reconciliation, client reporting, and transaction management. In addition, it also provided t
he delivery of an Information Delivery platform (ESP) from which data would flow to reports and to DeAM US
’s retained systems.
The approach was to convert the transaction management functions and middle office services in a single tranch
e targeted which was successfully completed by 2013. The middle office conversion consisted of static data, Po
rtfolio positions and open transactions.

some of the world’s leading investment managers. IMS (Investment management Solution) is a State Street’s ne
wly developed enterprise Suite or systemthat offers outsourcing & global solution for middle office processing
for MSIM, including recordkeeping, performance, reconciliation, client reporting, and transaction management.
The overall SSC product suite is referred to as Enterprise and the project will be referred to as Migration to Ent
