This document describes a student project to design an air and water cooler in a single unit. It includes introductions to the components, materials, and working principle. The components include a water distribution system, electrical motor, evaporator pads, fan, pump, water tank, and cabinet. Water is distributed through holes and evaporates on the pads, cooling incoming air blown through by the fan. This design aims to reduce energy and cost compared to separate air and water coolers. It works best in dry, hot climates and has limitations in more humid conditions.
