2. INTRODUCTION
To all those reading,
Congratulations! You have just made the first step in the journey to work on
the National Support Team in AIESEC Thailand 15-16. If AIESEC is a place to
develop leadership and learn new skills in a supportive environment, then
being on the NST is one of the best ways possible to accomplish this.
While working on the NST can be a challenging, it is an incredibly fulfilling
role, either as the end of your AIESEC experience or the launching point to
even bigger ambitions. You get all of the joys of working in your preferred
function, but ultimately make an even bigger impact in Thailand and the world.
You will better understand the national perspective of AIESEC and receive an
opportunity to work with people from outside your LC. Most importantly, you
will serve a vital role in making sure AIESEC in Thailand’s operations continue
sustainably for years to come.
It might seem like too large of a task. You might wonder if you are the right
person for the job. But if you don’t apply, who will? So read on, and take a
chance. Together, Be brave, Make it happen!
With Love,
MC Singha 15-16
