 Current:
 Working as an Implementation Technical Engineer at BMB since the 28th of
August 2017 till now.
 Developing LLD for enterprise networks.
 Configuring and troubleshooting cisco routers, switches, multilayer
switches and WLC.
 Conducting migrations for large scale networks smoothly/hard cut off.
 Finding the most suitable configuration templates for different projects.
 Troubleshooting R&S cases that escalated from technical support team.

 Past:
 Worked at TE Data in a position of Technical Support Specialist through Wasla
outsourcing company to support TE Data old customers since 14th of November
2012 then promoted to Service Activation Specialist position.
 Service Activation Specialist at TE Data to support the company’s new customers
