-Reviewing the stocks and open orders on daily basis to ensure a steady supply of material and
components to production lines.
-coordinate with sales and OP team to update the forested demand for the coming 12 month
-creating purchase orders and send it to different overseas suppliers
- Follow up with the suppliers to make sure that the material will be ready on time
- Prepare freight quotation comparison to reach the most cost effective offer and way of shipment.
- Communicates and provides the shipping documents to the Clearance agent on time
