territory to reduce Customer inconvienience in accessing Airtel shop by 5%.
4. • Organized quarterly training sessions for Distributor Staff to align them to
Airtel RTM norms as well as Airtel Money-Improved upon Retailer Route
Servicing by 30%.
• Set up effective distribution infrastructure and system to cover unstructured
territory.
• Successfully Negotiated for better Wage -Commission Scheme for
Dist.Staff which has been adopted as standard by all distributors in Accra.

activations within the territory.Reduced Low Utilisation Sites from 3 to 1.
