  1. Tait Radio builds physical products, like this P25 radio base station.
  2. We set up a Scrum room and co-located the hardware engineers and their equipment with the embedded software teams and marketing SME’s.
  3. We saw stand-ups for line manufacturing, and they are excited now to apply retrospectives and the Scrum Master role as a servant leader for the team.
  4. This is a company moving to Agile 2.0.All of their employees, 74 in this case, are in one room with two Scrum coaches.They are creating User Stories, short descriptions of work to be done, that will transform their work to use Scrum teams and move towards the Agile values.
  5. This is a group of many different companies together in one room. Joe Justice is coaching each group on their backlog items.
  6. Here is a group of companies in transitioning to Agile together, in Rome, Italy. Two presenters are working together to show these companies what Agile looks like to improve their economic situation.
  7. It is important that these sessions are high energy and optimistic! Morale is a multiplier for velocity! A company, just like a person, has to feel good about itself in order to confidently attempt change.
