He is simply a changemaker. Someone who is
passionate about coaching individuals, teams and
organizations to achieve astonishing results and
happy customers. Andrés believes in a culture of
empowered collaborative high-performing teams
that are continuously improving. Andres is a
Lecturer who started the course on "Agile Methods"
in the university in which he teaches. He loves
learning and sharing knowledge all the time. He is
actively involved in the Agile community as a
speaker and organizer of several conferences,
events, and meet-ups. Andrés has years of
experience teaching Agile principles, also applying
them and helping others to apply them to their
business. He really enjoys shaping motivated

Alan loves seeing software development from a
human perspective. He strives for honest, passion-
driven, great-but-not-perfect emergent design. For
software for humans, rather than machines; looking
people in the eyes, rather than reading e-mail. Alan
was the first native Spanish-speaking CST, and is
continually aiming at expanding the frontiers of
Scrum, especially in countries where agility is finding
it hard to make its way forward.
PhD in Artificial Intelligence with experience in all areas of
development: from requirements analysis to testing.
Having managed projects ranging from applied research
to change management, with an emphasis on quality and
innovation throughout the development process. His
current interests are using Agile methodologies to
improve the performance of teams developing high-tech
products, and helping companies stay innovative as they
grow.

A software engineer, Alberto is passionate about Agile
Methodologies and Kaizen culture. He has a

Alan was the first native Spanish-speaking CST, and is continually aiming at expanding the frontiers of Scrum, especially in countries where agility is finding it hard to make its way forward. PhD in Artificial Intelligence with experience in all areas of development: from requirements analysis to testing. Having managed projects ranging from applied research to change management, with an emphasis on quality and innovation throughout the development process. His current interests are using Agile methodologies to improve the performance of teams developing high-tech products, and helping companies stay innovative as they grow.
