Subject: Regarding provision of Quarter for faculty.
Hereby We, Dr. Ranjana Karki and Dr Anamika Mahato would like to inform you that we
have joined Dhulikhel Hospital as a lecturer in Department of Pediatrics effective from 1st
Jestha 2079 and 1st
Asar respectively. We would like to request you to provide us
accommodation so that we can stay in Dhulikhel to perform our regular duties. For time
being we would like to request you to provide us the quarter used by Dr. Prithuja for
combined accommodation for both of us.
We would also like to request you to provide us separate accommodation.
