Job Dutiesand Responsibilities

 Maintains office bypurchasingsupplies/groceries,cleaningkitchen,organizinggeneral office
areas andcompletingofficeservicerequests
 Answersphonesandmanagesfrontof office,greetingclientsandvendorsastheycome in
 Performsgeneral marketing activitiessuchasbrand consistency,mailingsand social media
postings
 Maintains clientfilesanddigitizingoffice
 Conductsgeneral bookkeepingandaccountspayable using QuickBooks
 Overseescontinuededucationandmembershipforadvisors- continuingeducationand
membershiprenewals
 Overseestravel coordinationforownersandadvisors
 Plansevents- locationscouting,booking,invitationdesign,menuconstruction
 Schedulesclientmeetingsandmaintainsadvisorcalendars
 AssistsAssociate withclientmeetingpreparationasneeded
 ServesonCompliance committee andcompletescompliancetasksasneeded
Skillsand Qualifications
The AdministrativeExecutivepositiontypicallyrequiresthe followingqualifications:
 Bachelor’sdegree fromanaccreditedcollegeoruniversity
 Proficiencywith MicrosoftOffice-Word,Excel, PowerPointandOutlook
 Abilitytomulti-taskandjuggle amultitude of projectsatone time
 Self-starter,takesinitiative
 Professionalism
 Good verbal communicationskills
 Desire/abilitytoworksuccessfullyinasmall companyenvironment
 Experience witheventplanning isaplus
 Proficiencywithsocial media- Facebook,Twitter,LinkedIn isaplus
