n exciting position has risen for a Administrative Assistant in a Private Real Estate Investment Firm. The role provides Administrative support to the Operations and Sales Team, ensuring the effective & smooth running of the day to day operations. You will be reporting to the Managing Partners and your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring the successful day to day operations of the contracts and works assigned to the Operations Center - Liaison with company staff, contractors, and clients to identify and respond to client needs. - Coordinate, with Sales and maintain records of all contracts agreements and dates - Support office with Administrative task - Maintain documents, reports and sales data - Obtain client feedback and all follow-up from clients at completion of task. - Among any other Administrative Tasks needed This challenging position would suit a candidate with a can do attitude, self-motivated, with great communication skills (both verbal, and written), has a eye for detail, be well organized, having a willingness to learn, professional approach, and is looking for a fast pace office environment.
