EVEN TODAY INDIA BEING FREEDOM FOR 66 YEARS, STILL THE LITERACY
RATE IS AT 74.4 per cent.
INDIA CURRENTLY HAS THE LARGEST ILLITERATE POPULATION IN THE
WORLD
LATEST CENSUS SHOWS THAT INDIA WILL TAKE AROUND ANOTHER
50YEARS TO ACHIEVE CENT PER CENT LITERACY RATE.
AT SUCH LOW RATE ALSO ONLY 9.2 PER CENT INCREASE IS SEEN IN LAST
DECADE.
MOST CONCERN IS ON THE EDUCATION IS THAT QUALITY OF PRIMARY
EDUCATION WHICH IS STILL BELOW AVERAGE.
ACCORDING TO SURVEY IN PRIMARY SCHOOL CLASS 2 CHILD CANNOT
SOLVE THE SIMPLE ADDITION PROBLEM.

INDIAN GOVERNMENT’S VARIOUS POLICIES ARE SUPPORTING THE
IMPROVING EDUCATION SYSTEM
MOST REMARKABLE POLICY WAS ‘SARVA SIKSHA ABHIYAAN’ LAUNCHED

10.5% OF THE TOTAL EXPENDITURE OF INDIAN GOVERNMENT IS ON

  • 2. EVEN TODAY INDIA BEING FREEDOM FOR 66 YEARS, STILL THE LITERACY RATE IS AT 74.4 per cent. INDIA CURRENTLY HAS THE LARGEST ILLITERATE POPULATION IN THE WORLD LATEST CENSUS SHOWS THAT INDIA WILL TAKE AROUND ANOTHER 50YEARS TO ACHIEVE CENT PER CENT LITERACY RATE. AT SUCH LOW RATE ALSO ONLY 9.2 PER CENT INCREASE IS SEEN IN LAST DECADE. MOST CONCERN IS ON THE EDUCATION IS THAT QUALITY OF PRIMARY EDUCATION WHICH IS STILL BELOW AVERAGE. ACCORDING TO SURVEY IN PRIMARY SCHOOL CLASS 2 CHILD CANNOT SOLVE THE SIMPLE ADDITION PROBLEM.

(A SILVER LINNING) INDIAN GOVERNMENT’S VARIOUS POLICIES ARE SUPPORTING THE IMPROVING EDUCATION SYSTEM MOST REMARKABLE POLICY WAS ‘SARVA SIKSHA ABHIYAAN’ LAUNCHED IN 2001. 10.5% OF THE TOTAL EXPENDITURE OF INDIAN GOVERNMENT IS ON EDUCATION SYSTEM. SARVA SIKSHA ABHIYAAN OR SSA PROVIDES FREE AND COMPULSORY EDUCATION TO CHILDREN FROM 6-14 YRS. SSA BUDGET HAS MORE THAN TRIPLED IN LAST 7 YEARS. SSA ENSURES PROPER INVESTMENT OF THE PRIMARY EDUCATION SYSTEM. INVESTMENT SHARE IN ‘SSA’ TEACHERS INFRASTRUC TURE STUDENTS OTHERS
  • 4.  TAKING PRIMARY EDUACATION AS THE BASIC KEY TO SUCCESS.  THOUGH APPROPRIATE GOI INVESTMENT PRIMARY EDUCATION IS STILLL A CONCERN.  ONLY 70% EXPENDITURE OF TOTAL ALLOCATION IN FYI 2011.  ALSO THE LITERATED INDIANS ARE FAILED TO QUALIFY FOR BETTER HIGHER EDUCATION.  POOR PRIMARY EDUCATION ENSURES LOW IQ LEVEL OF INDIAN YOUTH.  MAIN CAUSE TO THE PROBLEM IS THE CORRUCTION BOTH AT HIGH AND LOW KEVEL HINDERING THE GROWTH. SCHOOLS IN INDIA FAILING THE NORMS:

PROVIDING A PROPER CHANNEL OF FUNDING THE EDUCATION (IMPROVING GOVERNENCE) PRIMARY EDUCATION BOARD EDUCATION CESS STATE GOVERNMENT GOISETTING UP AN PRIMARY EDUACTION BORAD IN INDIA TO SEE ALL HAPPENINGS OF EDUCATION MODULE AND AS SOON AS IT COMES IN EXISTENCE, BRING IT UNDER RTI ACT. TO REDUCE THE MONEY DEPRECIATION IN ALLOCATED MONEY AT VARIOUS STEPS AT CENTRAL LEVEL AND STATE LEVELS, ALL THE FUNDING IS COLLECTED AT CENTRAL BODY.

AIM FOR CENTRAL PRIMARY EDUCATION BOARD INFRASTRUCTURE • TO IMPROVE THE INFRASTRUCTURE • PROVIDING OTHER UTILITIES FOR PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT • DEVELOPING PROPER CLASS ROOM STRUCTURE FOR EASY LEARNING PROCESS ESPECIALLY FOR LOWER CLASSES. • IMPROVE AND PROVIDE INTERACTING SEESIONS WITH COMMUNITY PRODUCT QUALITY • ENSURING THE QUALITY OF OUTCOME • EMPLOYING MORE EMINENT SCHOLARS • ENCORAGING YOUNG MINDS THROUGH VARIOUS COMPETITION AT GRAM AND DISTRICT LEVEL. • ENSURINGB THE APPOINTMENT OF BETTER EDUCATORS • IMPROVISING THE NEW INNOVATIVE IDEAS FROM PRIMARY LEVEL . GUIDELINES • MAINTAIN STUDENT TEACHER RATIO (CURRENTLY 100:9) • TO CHECK COMPLETE PRIMARY EDUCATION IS DELIVERED YEAR AFTER YEAR. • ENSURINGB THE APPOINTMENT OF BETTER EDUCATORS. • DEVELOPING ENHANCED SELECTION CRITERIA. • CHECK MONEY INTERRUPTION AND OTHER MALFUNCTIONING
  • 7. ENROLLMENT: FIRST TO ENROLL EVERY SINGLE MEMBER UNDER LIABILTY OF FREE EDUCATION SYSTEM.THUS MAKING A DATABASE AND ACCOUNTING OF ALL MONEY AT ONE PLACE. SUBSIDY: TO PROVIDE SUBSIDY TO THE CHILD ACCESIBLE TO WARD THROUGH EXISTING GOVERNMENT UNITS LIKE INDIAN POST. TEACHERS ARE ALSO TO BE UNDER THE PQAYEMENT SYSTEM. MAINTAINENCE:LIMITED MONEY TO BE ALLOCATEC TO THE LOOCAL GOVERNING BODY TO ADVERTISE THE MOVEMENT AND ENROLLING THE CHILDREN ACCORDING TO THE STRENGTH CENTRAL PRIMARY EDUCTION BORAD DISTRICT UNIT INDIVIDUAL

Per child allocation •ANNUAL EXPENSE ON ONE CHILD UNDER SSA IN INDIA IS Rs. 4000 •IT IS ALMOST DOUBLE OF THEIR GUARDIANS MONTHLY INCOME. •SSA IS AMONGST ONE OF THE EXPENSIVE POLICIES OF GOVERNMENT. •INDIA MIGHT BE POOR BUT ITS EDUCATION POLICIES ARE NOT SOO POOR. •REMEDY IS REQUIRED IN WAY THE PROCESS IS GOING ON. •FOLLOWING THE SUGGESTED PATTERN THE MONEY FLOW CONTROL IS MANTAINED AS WELL AS PROVIDE BETTER SOLUTION TO THE QUALITY.

  • 11. PRIMARY EDUCATION IS THE KEY TO DEVELOPMENT OF A COUNTRY FOCUSING ON THE PRIMARY EDUCATION DEVELOPMENTS VARIOUS SECTORS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE IMPROVED ECONOMY: PRESENT GDP IS EXPECTED TO RISE SIGNIFICANTLY BY STRONG EDUCATION SYSTEM. YOUTH DEVELOPMENT: TODAY’S FUTURE IS TOMMORROWS PRESENT.EDUCATED CHILDRENS WILL BE FORMING EDUCATED YOUTH.
