Current Problem(s):
When switchingfillers,thereis a 30-45 minute change
over due to the removal and resetting of the two star
wheels.
Suggested Solutions(s):
The process of fillingbottles can be greatly improved
through the addition of a secondary conveyor and two
star wheels. With an additional conveyor and second
set of star wheels, bottles can be diverted to one of
the two fillers withoutthe required change over time.
The only time requirement would be shiftingthe rails
to directthe bottles towards the other filler.

addition to reducingchange over time, Travis can
begin testing concentrations so that the linedoes not
have to stop production. This saves an additional 5-10
minutes per change over when switchingfillers.

25 changes X 40 minutes per change X $200/hour =
$3,333.33
