14. Summary:
The importance of regular exercise and a
healthy diet for all children cannot be
understated. Exercise enhances physical and
mental development. Physical health as well
as brain health are important for the learning
outcomes of middle schoolers. Parents,
teachers, and administrators in
communication and collaboration are key to
helping children eat healthy and stay active.
