8. ●Type http://www.acupath.ca
on the internet browser.
●Type the username and password and
press login button.
●Download : Android Systems required.
●Pressing the AcuPath icon, it launches
the AcuPath launch screen.
9. Create Dispatch
Input detailed information of assignment-Client name, Address,
Personell, Schedule date, Tank size, Work details, etc.
●AcuPath application notifies
user of any new dispatch
received from the dispatcher.
●It refreshes itself after a fixed
interval of time.
10. View Dispatch
●View dispatch show work orders which have
been assigned to the user but not completed.
●Details of the work order sheet can be viewed
with “Select” button.
•Dispatch screen show the
dispatches received by the
application from the dispatcher.
•It includes dispatch ID number
which would be unique, location,
address and scheduled date and
time.
•Dispatch process can be
started by pressing “Start”
button at the bottom of the
dispatch detail.
•“View stop on map?” will
navigate user to the navigation
application.
● To cancel the work order, choose
“Delete” and confirm.
● Cancel dispatch only cancels the
work order which is in pending
status.
11. Work Order Sheet
●Once arrived at the destination, user must
press the “Complete” button at the bottom of
the dispatch detail which confirms the arrival
of the user to the destination.
●Work Order Sheet can be viewed by
pressing the “View Forms”.
●Work Order Sheet contains the prefilled information sent by
the dispatcher.
●User needs to fill in the information collected at the
destination and send to the dispatcher.
●To submit the work order sheet, user needs to press the
“Submit” button at the bottom.
12. ●After submitting
the work order
sheet, user needs
to press “Complete”
button at the
bottom of the
dispatch detail.
●It confirms the
completion of
dispatch.
User can get Proof
of delivery signed
by the customer
using the signature
pad.
●Completed dispatch shows the
completed work order list.
●Detail of the work order can be
viewed with “Select” button.
13. View Ticket
●View ticket shows tickets submitted by user.
●Detail of the tickets can be viewed with
“Select” button
Ticket submitted by the user can be printed
with “print” button
● AcuPath Tickets contains the
tickets created by the application on
the basis of work order sheet filled
by the user.
● User can view the detail of the
ticket by selecting the ticket from
the list.
● Ticket can be saved or printed out
by selecting the icons on the
bottom.
14. ●Received messages are stored and viewed in
Inbox.
●Sent messages are stored and viewed in Sent.
●Detail of messages can be viewed by
selecting the message.
●New messages can be
composed with compose
message.
●Attachment can be
added to new message(if
required).
● User can view messages sent by
the dispatcher in the “Inbox”.
● By selecting the message, user
can view the detail of the
message.
● If there is any attachment to the
message, user can open the
attachment.
16. Location Report
•

Location report shows user’s location with date, time, distance travelled & speed.
Report can be saved to the local space in three different formats i.e. CSV, Excel, and PDF.
17. Dispatch Report
• Dispatch report shows status of the assigned dispatches to the user.
• Report can be saved to the local space in three different formats i.e.
CSV, Excel, and PDF.
