What helped motivate and structure our collaborations?  Classes, with their formal structure and outcomes.  We were motivated to do something in the name of benefiting students. Grant program, with its structure and deadlines--4th revenue stream options.  Having a history of working together facilitates getting grants.   • 2. What helped motivate and structure our collaborations? Classes, with their formal structure and outcomes. We were motivated to do something in the name of benefiting students. Grant program, with its structure and deadlines--4th revenue stream options. Having a history of working together facilitates getting grants.
