Action Contre la Faim is seeking a Logistics Data Entry position in Yangon, Myanmar on a permanent contract starting in October 2015. The position involves procurement and stock management data entry, archiving documentation, and assisting the logistics supply team. ACTION CONTRE LA FAIM (ACF) is an International Non-Governmental Organisation (I.N.G.O.) that is
charitable, impartial, non-political and non-profit, currently implementing humanitarian programs in 45
countries with head offices in Paris, New York, London, Madrid and Montreal. Dedicated to emergency, post-
emergency and relief assistance, ACF is specialised in the fields of Nutrition, Food Security & Livelihoods,
Water/Sanitation and Health. Since 1994, ACF-Myanmar has been providing assistance to vulnerable
populations in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
As an international humanitarian organization involved in emergency programs all ACF staff have to be
available at anytime in order to respond to any emergency work, should the need arise.

LOGISTICS DATA ENTRY

1) Duties and Responsibilities
Objective 1: Procurement / Stock follow-up update:
- Receive purchase dossier and update the PFU on daily basics.
- Receive Stock documents ( SRO/DN ) and Update the SFU on daily basics
- Complete PFU and SFU according to kit log guide line
Objective 2: Ensure Archiving documentations:
- Ensure well management of all Archive files in office and warehouse
- Ensure filing in both hard and soft copy of supply chain document files.
- Check , scan and archive all the archive files and Purchase Dossier coming from bases
- Check the purchase dossier from bases report to Deputy HOD-Log for un-complete PD files.
- Check the Purchase Dossier received from purchaser and report to Logistician Supply for un-complete
PD files
- Update Archiving table
- Ensure all the Soft archives (PDF files) are systematically save in office NAS folder.
- Participate on collecting documents for audit under the supervision of Logisticians.
Objective 3: Assist Logistics Supply Team
- Local purchase of materials upon delegation on supply logistician
- Assist the Supply Chain officer for cargo receiving and despatch if necessary
2) DEGREE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Diploma in any Major subject, Experiences in Data Entry, Basic Knowledge in Supply chain
management;
- Good Computer skills ( Microsoft words ,Excel ), Diplomacy, Rigour, Resourcefulness;
- Dynamic, Flexibility, Good organizational capacity, Autonomous, Honesty and openness;
- Relational qualities, Good Knowledge in English
