Man is made by his belief as he believes so he is- Bhagwat Gita
Sir Albert Einstein, the famous scientist once
wrote that “No problem can be solved from
the same consciousness that created it; we
must learn to see the world anew”
Opportunities
Challenges
Conclusion
Research plays a crucial role for ubiquitous
development of human being. The
omnipresent sphere of research is justified
by human development i.e. early man
(Adimanav) to Mobile man (Gentleman).
We are living in the explosion era of
Information and Communication
technology, day by day new tools and
technology are emerging and we are not
able to harness these resources as we should
have to harness.
Without Learning, the wise become foolish; by
learning, the foolish become wise- Confucius
As per my opinion, we have ample
resources in every sector but we need to
harness these resources in a systematic and
effective manner than we will resolve our
basic and burning issues i.e. (Roti, Kapada,
Makan), Bread-Butter, Employment, and
we again emerge in Global arena as a role
model.
Moliere quoted that the accountability “it is not for
what we do that we are held responsible, but also for
what we do not do”.
Accountability plays a strategic role for the sustainable development
of human being in the emerging epoch of globalization. Webster Dictionary
define that the accountability has four pillars i.e. Responsibility, Answerability,
Trustworthiness and Liabilities. The 4 pillars of accountability explain that
what and where we are, we have to contribute/perform our role for what
society are paying us whether it is in form of money, time, or manpower.
Shri Swami Vivekanand said,
“take risk and do what you want for the development
of society, if you success you will be emerged as a role
model and if fail you will create a mile stone for the
society to further path of development”.
Research is a long lasting journey from known to unknown. As per my
knowledge, belief and experience, research is an opportunity for generating an
idea and work on that for the further development and innovation as per the
experience and curiosity for sustainable development of human being
To motivate the intellectuals for contribute their part with accountability.
To inspire for optimum harnessing of resources and services for the
sustainable development of human being.
To create a culture for accountability in research.
To change the mind-set of human behavior.
To enhance for quality research and try to deploy in the society.
To save money, manpower, time and produce the concrete results.
To help for decision making for the policy maker.
To give a concrete solution of emerging issues for betterment of the society.
To play a game changing role for sustainable development of social
community.
The Higher Education of India has tremendous changes after
the independence, right now we are standing at the 3rd
position in the global arena of higher education after the
China and United States comprising. Chandra B.P. Sing and
Chandra Shekhar Prasad (2016), elaborate and UGC and
MHRD reports we have “46 Central Universities, 125 Deemed
Universities, 69 Institutes of National Importance, 347 State
Public Universities, 267 Private Universities”.
Challenges
Challenges play a key role for the development of every sphere; we have to
face them and try to overcome with concrete solutions for upcoming
generation. Martin Luther King Jr. said "Our very survival
depends on our ability to stay awake, to adjust to new
ideas, to remain vigilant and to face the challenge of
change”.
Quality of Education
Research Output
Lethargic approach for Adoption in
System
Brain Drain
TechnophobiaCorruption
Irresponsible Behavior
Mindset
Attitude
Devotional Approach
Loyalty
Opportunities
We strongly agree with Francis Bacon’s quote about the opportunity, he said “a
wise man will make more opportunities than he finds”. As per the
research concern, present era is an era of opportunity for the research due to
outburst of Information and Communication technology and it produced an open
and free resources era. We can access globalized resources and services at the free
of cost with no bar of time, place and any restrictions. Following opportunities are
discussed in brief.
Globalization
Young Persona/intellectuals Infrastructure Development
Collaborative Working Culture
Vivacious approach of Policy Maker
Conclusion
Our last recommendation inspired from a quote i.e. if we wish to provide one day
meal “catch a fish and give them and if you want provide livelihood, to teach
him/her how to catch the fish it’s onus of our policy makers and as a research
onus is to develop tools and ideas for fishing and empower them.
My simple question is that how many research scholars play a key role for
sustainable development of India or who have resolved any emerging/burning issues
of Indian society. UGC and various research agencies are providing/investing various
research grants more than Rs.1000/- per day per research scholar (approximate).
And my simple question to research scholars as well as their guide, in a month what
is the productivity of public money? How many research scholars are accountable
for gaining their research grant, our research agencies are wasting the resources
which are provided to our research scholars? One day wages of any labor is hardly
Rs. 250/- and we get their concrete result at the end of the day, so why not for
researcher. Is it ironically said, we are not concentrate on the root of the cause any
problem.
