for more than 30 production lines each consists of around 40 operators.
 Introduced semi- and fully-automated manufacturing transportation system in
manufacturing lines (Switch-Track, Eton and Gerber) to increase the
productivity.
 Reduced the operational wastage (manufacturing idle time) from 15% to 4%
within 6 months.
 Increased the business unit productivity from 45 to 70% within a year
 Reduced supply chain lead-time from 90 days to 55 days.

3. Process Engineering
 Developed a polymeric binder system for titanium metal injection moulding for
producing bio-medical application.
 Established a manufacturing process for feedstock (metal power and polymer
mixture) production for injection moulding.
 Developed a mathematical model for solvent debinding to optimize process
lead-time in titanium injection moulding.
 Modified Einstein’s coefficient for relative viscosity of dilute suspensions to
highly concentrated metal-polymer solution in titanium injection moulding.
