This document provides instructions for accessing a student's grades on the eLC platform. It outlines 4 steps: 1) Click on the student's name under "My Students" on their profile page. 2) Click on a course name under "Course Profiles" to view that course. 3) Click "Activity Reports" then "Grades" to see the student's grades for that course. 4) Grades are shown in 3 columns - assignment, points possible, and percentage. Zeros may indicate late or missing assignments according to the late work policy. Contact teachers or administrators with any questions.

“short name” of

appears next to
the student’s
name, and the
role of “student”
appears above

Profiles.”

student’s grades
on specific
assignments, as
well as their
performance
overall in a
category.

column shows
the point
range for the
assignment or
category.

10. The 3rd column
shows the
percentage, so
you can tell
how your
student is
doing at a
glance.

assignments
that do not yet
have a grade
have a dash
( - ) in them.

12. Ifthereisazeroinsteadofadash,thestudentmaynot
haveturnedinthisassignmentorthismayhavebeenthe
student’s3rd lateassignment.
PertheCCSLateWorkPolicy,studentsareallowed2late
items(2graces)inthefirstsemester.Afterthat,late
submissionswillbegivenazerounlessanexceptionis
grantedbyadministration.
