    3. Teaching (5-6 pages, description and analysis)

        •   Reflections on teaching and learning
        •   Methodologies and outcomes of student learning
        •   Curricular revisions, improvements
        •   Selected materials, syllabi, handouts, electronic resources
        •   Representative student evaluation data (summary table, selective comments)
        •   Diverse sources of additional assessment and evaluation information
               • Peer review and feedback
               • Letters from colleagues, administrators
               • Scholarship of teaching and learning (SOTL), classroom assessment activities
        •   Awards, recognition

    4. Scholarship (4-5 pages, description and analysis)

        •   Brief statement of motivation, significance, methods, results of scholarly work
