INTRODUCTION:-
Measuring the patient satisfaction is very important
issued that will help very much in improve the
service provided to patient & improve the level of
patient satisfaction. In hospital there two types of
service provide one is OPD & other IPD. IPD is more
better treatment than OPD but that provide higher
cost for service. patient is the one of the importance
resource of any hospital organization.
What is IPD? :- Inpatients means that the procedure
requires the patient to be admitted to the hospital primarily
so that he or she can be closely monitored during the
procedure & after words during recovery.
Location of IPD
:-It should be situated away from the main roads and
from OPD to avoid disturbances & potential source of
infection.
Importance of patients
satisfaction:-
Patient satisfaction is very importance for hospital
organization.
A. To improving the health infrastructure and health
awareness and make high rate of healthy population.
B. To use of hospital eagerness and to develop hospital
statistics .
C. To evaluate modern technology and disease of
population .
D. To progress the hospital goodwill .
E. To increase the cost of effectiveness in hospital.
Factors influencing in patient care:- Various
factors which are depends on inpatient care
A. Hospital staff :- Medical care is provided by hospital
staff. Their efficiency , effectiveness, training &
experience will effect the patient care.
B. continuing medical education :- Continued education
& in services training of entire hospital staff will
contribute to a large extent to better patient.
C. Physical facilities & equipments:- Adequate space
,good design & lay out of wards clean & pleasant
environment availability of adequate.
 D. Effectively use of beds:- effective utilization beds is a
factors as well as measures of the quality of care.
IPD satisfaction
:- following measures should be adopted for IPD
satisfaction
A. physician, nurses should be freely consult with
patient.
B. provide to the low cost or charges for the
treatment & visiting .
C. provision of appropriate of sophisticated
technology & equipment.
D. bed number should be restricted with all of
facilities.
Patient satisfaction is on Important health
outcome old understanding both the
domains of satisfaction as well as their
relative importance to patients is necessary
to improve the overall quality of patient
care. Meeting the doctor, presenting all
relevant information & giving printed
information are very important factors in
improving the patients satisfaction with
cataract surgery.

  • 2. INTRODUCTION:- Measuring the patient satisfaction is very important issued that will help very much in improve the service provided to patient & improve the level of patient satisfaction. In hospital there two types of service provide one is OPD & other IPD. IPD is more better treatment than OPD but that provide higher cost for service. patient is the one of the importance resource of any hospital organization.
  • 3. What is IPD? :- Inpatients means that the procedure requires the patient to be admitted to the hospital primarily so that he or she can be closely monitored during the procedure & after words during recovery. Location of IPD :-It should be situated away from the main roads and from OPD to avoid disturbances & potential source of infection.
  • 4. Importance of patients satisfaction:- Patient satisfaction is very importance for hospital organization. A. To improving the health infrastructure and health awareness and make high rate of healthy population. B. To use of hospital eagerness and to develop hospital statistics . C. To evaluate modern technology and disease of population . D. To progress the hospital goodwill . E. To increase the cost of effectiveness in hospital.
  • 5. Factors influencing in patient care:- Various factors which are depends on inpatient care A. Hospital staff :- Medical care is provided by hospital staff. Their efficiency , effectiveness, training & experience will effect the patient care. B. continuing medical education :- Continued education & in services training of entire hospital staff will contribute to a large extent to better patient. C. Physical facilities & equipments:- Adequate space ,good design & lay out of wards clean & pleasant environment availability of adequate. D. Effectively use of beds:- effective utilization beds is a factors as well as measures of the quality of care.
  • 6. IPD satisfaction :- following measures should be adopted for IPD satisfaction A. physician, nurses should be freely consult with patient. B. provide to the low cost or charges for the treatment & visiting . C. provision of appropriate of sophisticated technology & equipment. D. bed number should be restricted with all of facilities.
  • 7. Patient satisfaction is on Important health outcome old understanding both the domains of satisfaction as well as their relative importance to patients is necessary to improve the overall quality of patient care. Meeting the doctor, presenting all relevant information & giving printed information are very important factors in improving the patients satisfaction with cataract surgery.
