June 2015 to till date with IAL LOGISTICS INDIA LTD. as a Junior Executive
(Administration)
 Responsible for maintaining the records of office inventory.
 Distributing the stationary as per requirement and keeping the record.
 Checking the availability of stationary and other required things and ordering for them.
 Coordinating with the dealers, Suppliers and vendors.
 Maintaining the documents records and generate the MIS report.
 Assisting the admin manager in planning and executing the events and other activities in
organization.
 Managing the house keeping and security guard staffs’ data and duties.
 Responsible for checking the cleanliness of office.
 Responsible for checking the office’s assets are in good condition.
 Responding the mails,calls and handle the walk-in person.
 Responsible for handling the petty cash and keeping the record of expenses.
 Responsible for maintain all employee records and filling paper work as needed.
 Assist in recruitment and selection of staff where required.
 Provide briefings for new staff and arrange relevant documents .
 Maintain all attendance and leave records of staff and provide regular updates to
manager as required.

 Handling Front Desk and solve the query of the Customer.

 Manage all Cash and properly transfer into the locker room.
 Tele calling to Promote bank products and services and fix the appointment for meeting to
close the deal.
