Sam Churchill and Rebecca Scope formed a group of two to complete their A2 Media coursework. They chose options 1, 2, and 10 as their top three choices. Option 1 was creating a promotion package for a new album, including a music video, website, and album cover. Option 2 involved promoting a new film through a teaser trailer, website, and poster. Their most appealing option was #10: creating a short 5 minute film that could be live action, animated, or a combination, along with a poster and magazine review page for the film.

2. Our Group... Basically in our group there is just me and Sam. . We chose to work as pair because we thought that we worked well as a team. Also we can contribute more to this project if there is two of us rather than 1.

3. Our top 3! Looking over the list of options we have chosen numbers 1,2 and 10 as our top 3. 1. A promotion package for a new album 2. A promotion package for a new film (Teaser trailer etc.) 3. A short film lasting approx five minutes.

4. Option 1. . Option one is promotion package for the release of an album, a music promo video. We chose this option because we think that we could get a lot of inspiration from music videos years ago and also modernised ones and compare them as well as combine ideas together to create an original piece. A website homepage- this is appealing to us because of all the software which is available to make our piece look realistic and professional. A cover for its release as part of a digi pack- again similar to the above reason and because we think it sound more appealing than say .. A documentary .

5. Option 2. A promotion package for a new film to include a teaser trailer. This sounds appealing because we like the idea of building tension and also it doesn't have to follow like a whole film, we can just include snippets of the film. This would also be good because it would test our Editing techniques and skills which we learnt last year . A website homepage- We feel this would be good because we have already learnt some of the skills to produce a website homepage not only this we like the creative aspect. A poster for the film- We like the idea of experimenting and editing photographs to make them look different and more appealing to our chosen audience.

6. Option 10. A short film lasting approx 5 minutes, which may be Live action or animated or a combination of both. This is the MOST appealing to us because we like the idea of making a short film, we also feel that we can get appropriate equipment to do so. A poster for the film- we like this idea and would be happy doing it as we can build our skills up from last years project and also get a lot of inspiration from existing posters and ideas from a variety of films. A film magazine review page, featuring the film – sounds good, writing skills from English and creative skills.
