The rate of scientific literature has been increased in the past few decades; new topics and information is added in the form of articles, papers, text documents, web logs, and patents. The growth of information at rapid rate caused a tremendous amount of additions in the current and past knowledge, during this process, new topics emerged, some topics split into many other sub-topics, on the other hand, many topics merge to formed single topic. The selection and search of a topic manually in such a huge amount of information have been found as an expensive and workforce-intensive task. For the emerging need of an automatic process to locate, organize, connect, and make associations among these sources the researchers have proposed different techniques that automatically extract components of the information presented in various formats and organize or structure them. The targeted data which is going to be processed for component extraction might be in the form of text, video or audio. The addition of different algorithms has structured information and grouped similar information into clusters and on the basis of their importance, weighted them. The organized, structured and weighted data is then compared with other structures to find similarity with the use of various algorithms. The semantic patterns can be found by employing visualization techniques that show similarity or relation between topics over time or related to a specific event. In this paper, we have proposed a model based on Cosine Similarity Algorithm for citation network which will answer the questions like, how to connect documents with the help of citation and content similarity and how to visualize and navigate through the document.

search articles to annotate 50 research
articles. As a baseline, we used the full text info
rmation from the document to generate tags. The
proposed and the baseline approach were compared us
ing the author assigned keywords for the
documents as the ground truth information. We found
that the tags generated using proposed
approach are better than using the baseline in term
s of overlap with the ground truth tags
measured via Jaccard index (0.058 vs. 0.044). In te
rms of computational efficiency, the
proposed approach is at least 3 times faster than t
he baseline approach. Finally, we
qualitatively analyse the quality of the predicted
tags for a few samples in the test corpus. The
evaluation shows the effectiveness of the proposed
approach both in terms of quality of tags
generated and the computational time.

A predefined collection of key phrases from which all key phrases for new documents are selected is given in the training documents. The training data for each key phrase describes a collection of documents associated with it. Standard machine learning techniques are used for each key phrase to construct a classifier from the training materials, using those relevant to it as positive examples and the rest as negative examples. Documents created and distributed on the Internet are ever changing in various forms. Most of existing works are devoted to topic modeling and the evolution of individual topics, while sequential relations of topics in successive documents published by a specific user are ignored. In order to characterize and detect personalized and abnormal behaviours of Internet users, we propose Sequential Topic Patterns STPs and formulate the problem of mining User aware Rare Sequential Topic Patterns URSTPs in document streams on the Internet. They are rare on the whole but relatively frequent for specific users, so can be applied in many real life scenarios, such as real time monitoring on abnormal user behaviours. Here present solutions to solve this innovative mining problem through three phases pre processing to extract probabilistic topics and identify sessions for different users, generating all the STP candidates with expected support values for each user by pattern growth, and selecting URSTPs by making useraware rarity analysis on derived STPs. Experiments on both real Twitter and synthetic datasets show that our approach can indeed discover special users and interpretable URSTPs effectively and efficiently, which significantly reflect users' characteristics. Automatically finding domain specific key terms from a given set of research paper is a challenging task and research papers to a particular area of research is a concern for many people including students, professors and researchers. A domain classification of papers facilitates that search process. That is, having a list of domains in a research field, we try to find out to which domain(s) a given paper is more related. Besides, processing the whole paper to read take a long time. In this paper, using domain knowledge requires much human effort, e.g., manually composing a set of labeling a large corpus. In particular, we use the abstract and keyword in research paper as the seeing terms to identify similar terms from a domain corpus which are then filtered by checking their appearance in the research papers. Experiments show the TF âIDF measure and the classification step make this method more precisely to domains. The results show that our approach can extract the terms effectively, while being domain independent.

Classifying or categorizing texts is the process by which documents are classified into groups by subject, title, author, etc. This paper undertakes a systematic review of the latest research in the field of the classification of Arabic texts. Several machine learning techniques can be used for text classification, but we have focused only on the recent trend of neural network algorithms. In this paper, the concept of classifying texts and classification processes are reviewed. Deep learning techniques in classification and its type are discussed in this paper as well. Neural networks of various types, namely, RNN, CNN, FFNN, and LSTM, are identified as the subject of study. Through systematic study, 12 research papers related to the field of the classification of Arabic texts using neural networks are obtained: for each paper the methodology for each type of neural network and the accuracy ration for each type is determined. The evaluation criteria used in the algorithms of different neural network types and how they play a large role in the highly accurate classification of Arabic texts are discussed. Our results provide some findings regarding how deep learning models can be used to improve text classification research in Arabic language.

Introduction
Quantitative research is frequently used in the social sciences because it is quick, relatively inexpensive, and
considered a valid method of inquiry by researchers and academicians. The goals of quantitative research are
to describe the attributes of a group of people, to measure differences between groups, to determine if a
relationship exists between variables, or to predict if one event or factor causes another.
Quantitative studies contain measurable and quantiïżœable data, a
statistically appropriate sample, use of statistical techniques, and
a structured data collection plan to ensure that the study can be
replicated. Additionally, quantitative studies require the use of
valid and reliable instruments, surveys, or databases to quantify
variables. The research method is deductive, very structured, and
inïżœexible as often the goal of the researcher is to generalize or
apply the results to other groups and populations besides those

Development of technology as it is today, most students or lecturers in education community write documents or articles digitally. However, there are still many obstacles when searching for a legitimate source of reference and to know whether it contains plagiarism or not. Until present, there are still many students and lecturers who seek references from sources that have not been valid and not yet trusted, but it is considered a fatal mistake for writing articles and also writing thesis or dissertation from untrusted resources. Therefore, Google Scholar system helps to alleviate this problem. Google also facilitates the use of citations or references. The purpose of this research is to identify the number of citation H-Index owned by lecturers at tertiary education and score ranking achieved at tertiary education SINTA (Science and Technology Index) Ristekdikti. Citing an article from another publication is one form of scientific communication by the author or researcher. The large number of citations obtained from an article published in the publication indicates how significant the contributions of the author in improving the quality of the study field. In this study, citation analysis is used as an analysis of all citations which indicate the type of information sources used by students and lecturers in writing the journal as a result of their research. The following research use two methods of analysis: Mind Mapping methods and SWOT Analysis. After conducting research and executing the research strategy, it will result in improving the reputation by increasing the number of citation and lecturer H-Index at Google Scholar which can automatically also increase the affiliations of authors at tertiary education in Google Scholar. Lecturers who have already verified authors in SINTA (Science and Technology Index) Ristekdikti can contribute in improving the rank and number of tertiary education scores on Ristekdikti Science and Technology Index (SINTA). This research produces a comprehensive and straightforward mathematical formula that can be used in understanding SINTA index calculation which will hence improve the enthusiasm of education community in pursuing research as a team as well as individually. Documents created and distributed on the Internet are ever changing in various forms. Most of existing works are devoted to topic modeling and the evolution of individual topics, while sequential relations of topics in successive documents published by a specific user are ignored. In order to characterize and detect personalized and abnormal behaviours of Internet users, we propose Sequential Topic Patterns STPs and formulate the problem of mining User aware Rare Sequential Topic Patterns URSTPs in document streams on the Internet. They are rare on the whole but relatively frequent for specific users, so can be applied in many real life scenarios, such as real time monitoring on abnormal user behaviours. Here present solutions to solve this innovative mining problem through three phases pre processing to extract probabilistic topics and identify sessions for different users, generating all the STP candidates with expected support values for each user by pattern growth, and selecting URSTPs by making useraware rarity analysis on derived STPs. Experiments on both real Twitter and synthetic datasets show that our approach can indeed discover special users and interpretable URSTPs effectively and efficiently, which significantly reflect users' characteristics. Automatically finding domain specific key terms from a given set of research paper is a challenging task and research papers to a particular area of research is a concern for many people including students, professors and researchers. A domain classification of papers facilitates that search process. That is, having a list of domains in a research field, we try to find out to which domain(s) a given paper is more related. Besides, processing the whole paper to read take a long time. In this paper, using domain knowledge requires much human effort, e.g., manually composing a set of labeling a large corpus. In particular, we use the abstract and keyword in research paper as the seeing terms to identify similar terms from a domain corpus which are then filtered by checking their appearance in the research papers. Experiments show the TF âIDF measure and the classification step make this method more precisely to domains. The results show that our approach can extract the terms effectively, while being domain independent.

Classifying or categorizing texts is the process by which documents are classified into groups by subject, title, author, etc. This paper undertakes a systematic review of the latest research in the field of the classification of Arabic texts. Several machine learning techniques can be used for text classification, but we have focused only on the recent trend of neural network algorithms. In this paper, the concept of classifying texts and classification processes are reviewed. Deep learning techniques in classification and its type are discussed in this paper as well. Neural networks of various types, namely, RNN, CNN, FFNN, and LSTM, are identified as the subject of study. Through systematic study, 12 research papers related to the field of the classification of Arabic texts using neural networks are obtained: for each paper the methodology for each type of neural network and the accuracy ration for each type is determined. The evaluation criteria used in the algorithms of different neural network types and how they play a large role in the highly accurate classification of Arabic texts are discussed. Our results provide some findings regarding how deep learning models can be used to improve text classification research in Arabic language.

Introduction
Quantitative research is frequently used in the social sciences because it is quick, relatively inexpensive, and
considered a valid method of inquiry by researchers and academicians. The goals of quantitative research are
to describe the attributes of a group of people, to measure differences between groups, to determine if a
relationship exists between variables, or to predict if one event or factor causes another.
Quantitative studies contain measurable and quantiïżœable data, a
statistically appropriate sample, use of statistical techniques, and
a structured data collection plan to ensure that the study can be
replicated. Additionally, quantitative studies require the use of
valid and reliable instruments, surveys, or databases to quantify
variables. The research method is deductive, very structured, and
inïżœexible as often the goal of the researcher is to generalize or
apply the results to other groups and populations besides those
participating in the study. Ultimately, quantitative research offers a systematic and structured process for
answering research questions (Balnaves & Caputi, 2001).
Critically Reading Quantitative Research
Doctoral learners must go through a process of learning how to critically read empirical research. While
reading is a familiar skill to learners, at the doctoral level, it takes on new depth as learners transition to the
mindset of a researcher. The required reading materials will be more difïżœcult to read, take more time, and
require learners to improve their reading efïżœciency and critical-thinking skills. Having ample time built in for
reading is crucial to the success of a doctoral student. Reading is the foundation to a dissertation research
project. The ïżœrst 2 years before a proposal is accepted will be spent reading peer-reviewed articles,
dissertations, books, and other scholarly sources that can potentially contribute to the dissertation project. At
the same time, the reading of these materials directly contributes to subject matter expertise of the learner

Development of technology as it is today, most students or lecturers in education community write documents or articles digitally. However, there are still many obstacles when searching for a legitimate source of reference and to know whether it contains plagiarism or not. Until present, there are still many students and lecturers who seek references from sources that have not been valid and not yet trusted, but it is considered a fatal mistake for writing articles and also writing thesis or dissertation from untrusted resources. Therefore, Google Scholar system helps to alleviate this problem. Google also facilitates the use of citations or references. The purpose of this research is to identify the number of citation H-Index owned by lecturers at tertiary education and score ranking achieved at tertiary education SINTA (Science and Technology Index) Ristekdikti. Citing an article from another publication is one form of scientific communication by the author or researcher. The large number of citations obtained from an article published in the publication indicates how significant the contributions of the author in improving the quality of the study field. In this study, citation analysis is used as an analysis of all citations which indicate the type of information sources used by students and lecturers in writing the journal as a result of their research. The following research use two methods of analysis: Mind Mapping methods and SWOT Analysis. After conducting research and executing the research strategy, it will result in improving the reputation by increasing the number of citation and lecturer H-Index at Google Scholar which can automatically also increase the affiliations of authors at tertiary education in Google Scholar. Lecturers who have already verified authors in SINTA (Science and Technology Index) Ristekdikti can contribute in improving the rank and number of tertiary education scores on Ristekdikti Science and Technology Index (SINTA). This research produces a comprehensive and straightforward mathematical formula that can be used in understanding SINTA index calculation which will hence improve the enthusiasm of education community in pursuing research as a team as well as individually. Hopefully, with this research, students and lecturers are able to increase their citation and H-index on articles in publications so as to contribute in improving the reputation and quality of universities in the countries.

Although the processes are similar, qualitative methods rely on text and image data, have unique steps in data
analysis, and draw on diverse designs. Writing a methods section for a proposal for qualitative research partly
requires educating readers as to the intent of qualitative research, mentioning specific designs, carefully reflecting on the
role the researcher plays in the study, drawing from an ever-expanding list of types of data sources, using specific protocols
for recording data, analyzing the information through multiple steps of analysis, and mentioning approaches for
documenting the accuracyâor validityâof the data collected. This chapter addresses these important components of

The US House of Representatives is deeply concerned by ongoing and pervasive acts of antisemitic
harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.

Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now.
