A brand is a symbol or a mark that helps a customer in instant recall. A brand plays an significant role in improving and maintaining product quality. Brand also helps in better dissemination of product knowledge which can contribute to scientific and rational decisions-making. The study was conducted to find out the level of customer satisfaction regarding quality of branded washing machine. According to several authors, as consumers with positive images of a brand are more likely to purchase it, a major purpose of advertising strategy is to develop a positive brand image. The research revealed that the consumers of branded washing machines are highly satisfied with the quality. The study also revealed that differences exists in the level of satisfaction of consumers regarding quality of branded washing machines on the basis of age, gender, income and occupation of the customers.
