Highlighting the importance of the Stand Up India Scheme, Hon’ble Prime minister said that the job seeker has to become a job creator. Prime Minsiter Narendra Modi announced that the initiative envisages loans to at least two aspiring entrepreneurs from the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Women categories. It was also announced that the loan shall be in the ten lakh to one crore rupee range.
A startup India hub will be created as a single point of contact for the entire startup ecosystem to enable knowledge exchange and access to funding. Startup India campaign is based on an action plan aimed at promoting bank financing for start-up ventures to boost entrepreneurship and encourage start ups with jobs creation.

For example, with the introduction of Uber rides it gave great impacts on an auto rickshaw and local buses whereas millions of people got job car driver to make that Uber ride possible.

The small scale sector is assuming greater importance every day. Hundreds of thousands of people start their own businesses every year, and untold more dream about the possibility of becoming their own bosses. Our Prime Minister unveiled a 19-point action plan for start-up enterprises in India. Highlighting the importance of the Standup India Scheme, Hon’ble Prime minister said that the job seeker has to become a job creator.
What is Startup India offering to the Entrepreneurs?
Stand up India backed up by Department of Financial Services (DFS) intents to bring up Women and SC/ST entrepreneurs. They have planned to support 2.5 lakh borrowers with Bank loans (with at least 2 borrowers in both the category per branch) which can be returned up to seven years.
During 2013-15 (compound annual growth rate growth)
• Yearly growth of 153 percent in number of investment
• Yearly growth of 127 percent in total value of investment
Entrepreneurship is the quality of being a businessman, i.e. one who "undertakes an enterprise". The term puts emphasis on the risk and effort taken by individuals who both own and manage a business, and on the innovations resulting from their pursuit of economic success.

their catering business.
In less than 3 years, they have become the
in-house catering partners for many large
coporates in Gurugram.
The kitchen serves around 3,000 meals a
day and has managed to reach an annual
turnover of Rs. 3 Crore.
14. Government Aids:
According to the Prime Minister Employment
Generation Programme (PMEGP), Any individual,
above 18 years of age. At least VIII standard pass
for projects costing above Rs.10 lakh in the
manufacturing sector and above Rs. 5 lakh in the
business / service sector. Only new projects are
considered for sanction under PMEGP. Self Help
Groups (including those belonging to BPL provided
that they have not availed benefits under any
other Scheme), Institutions registered under
Societies Registration Act,1860; Production Co-
operative Societies, and Charitable Trusts are also
eligible.
15. Other Schemes:
1) Credit Guarantee Fund Scheme for Micro and Small
Enterprises:
The scheme provides credit facilities in the form of
term loans and working capital facility of up to Rs.
100 lakh per borrowing unit.
2) Credit Link Capital Subsidy Scheme for Technology
Upgradation:
It aims at facilitating technology upgradation by
providing upfront capital subsidy of 15% (limited to
maximum Rs.15 lakhs) to SSI units for credit availed
by them for the modernization of their plant and
machinery. All sole proprietorship, partnership
firms, cooperative, private and public limited
companies are eligible for this scheme. Since the
inception of this scheme, more than 28,287 units
have availed subsidy of Rs.1619.32 crore
16. 3)Market Development Assistance Scheme for
MSMEs:
To help Indian manufacturing SMEs gain
traction in the international markets, the
Market Development Assistance Scheme for
MSMEs offers funding for participation in
international trade fairs and exhibitions under
MSME India stall.
This scheme offers reimbursement of 75%
of one-time registration fee and 75% of
annual fees (recurring) paid to GSI by SMEs
for the first three years for bar code.
17. Conclusion:
From the above slides it can be concluded
that We all have that potential within us
that can take us a step more close
towards our goal.
Moreover, the govt. is launching many
schemes to aid the young ideas turning to
realities.
