This document proposes a computational dynamic trust model for user authorization. The model distinguishes between trusting belief in integrity and competence in different contexts. It accounts for subjectivity in trust evaluations between different trusters. Simulation studies show the model achieves higher performance than other trust models, especially in predicting behavior of unstable users. Key aspects of the model include distinguishing integrity and competence trust, integrating direct experience and recommendations to build trust, and accounting for different contexts and subjectivity in trust ratings.
