Master Saiful Islam, an 11-year-old boy with hemophilia, presented with weakness and inability to move his legs over the past month. An MRI showed a spinal cord compression from a hematoma between the thoracic 10 and lumbar 2 vertebrae. He was diagnosed with spinal cord compression due to a hematoma, complicated by his underlying hemophilia A. Von Willebrand disease was considered in the differential diagnosis but hemophilia A was confirmed based on factor VIII assay results. The patient was treated supportively for his spinal cord compression and anemia.
