1. This case report describes a 2-year old male child presented with a white pupillary reflex in the right eye for 1-2 months. 2. Examination revealed a whitish cauliflower-like growth in the right eye obscuring fundal details. Enucleation of the right eye was performed and histopathology confirmed retinoblastoma. 3. Retinoblastoma arises from immature retinal cells that have lost tumor suppressor genes. The most common presentation is a white pupillary reflex. Early diagnosis and treatment can successfully treat retinoblastoma and prevent spread.
