Data has no value unless it is communicated effectively to inform insights and decisions. The goal is to turn data into information and then insights. To do this, one should follow Gottam's framework of communication which involves clearly outlining the business problem, proposed measurements, available data, initial hypothesis, proposed solution, and expected business impact - all in a way the target audience can easily understand. Communicating insights from analyzed data helps organizations make better decisions.
