This document outlines 8 stages of a trader's career, beginning with finding a proven trading system or process, then battling emotions. It describes establishing a trading schedule and understanding one's stats to improve. Later stages involve dealing with broker issues, setbacks from not following early stages, learning to handle market manipulations, understanding asset behavior, and ultimately achieving a high level of market knowledge to consistently profit from trades. The document warns that most traders do not make it past stage 5 and very few reach the final stage of truly understanding the "market's matrix".

Okay, but don’t say I didn’t tell you so…but you guys have to understand that there are different levels to this
trading stuff and stop playing around with it. After nearly 3 years, countless hours, countless trades, and
millions of dollars worth of trading volume these 8 Stages of a Traders Career hasn’t changed so take notes
because its more than likely already costing you money!
Here are the correct 8 Stages in proper order that I was so hesitant to share with the public because the masses
never follow instructions anyway especially when its FREE!

Stage 1 – The System or Process:
Finding a proven system or process should not only work but it should not depend solely on indicators and this
is why I prefer price action algorithms. Traders get loss trying to find the holy grail of tools instead of mastering
one proven system or process that will get them consistent results. This is an huge issue in the trading industry
and an big money maker for software developers or programmers.

Stage 2 – Battle of the Emotions:
So now that you have the system or process in place here is where you will notice your true emotions in regards
to life in general. I remember when I 1st started and felt a certain way I use to just get out the market. I begin to
notice that I had a much similar feelings around people and certain situations so I just removed myself from the
equation.
Trading will tell you a lot about yourself as a person and this is what I love more than the money so you have to
battle greed, fear, patience, and discipline all while money is on the line. Once you get them down then you can
move forward to the next stage.

Stage 3 – The Trading Schedule & Stats:
For the most part…most traders forget this step completely due to the lack of knowledge and jump straight into
finding the best broker. 100% Wrong!!! Once you have an trading schedule then you have an solid career to
build from because trading is an business and If you do not know your trading stats then how do you know if
your profitable or if a broker is even manipulating your trades?
By knowing your stats then you can rely on your strengths and be-aware of your weakness while in the market
which will overall improve your trading account. Some people do better with Forex than Binary and vice versa
but you will never know unless you know your trading stats so do not go around looking for new solutions
when you do not know exactly what area to improve.

Stage 4 – Finding the Broker:
Do not worry so much about this broker or that broker. I’ve traded Binary, Forex, Futures, and Penny Stocks.
There is an issue with 98% of them whether its not being regulated, late withdrawals, price slippage, not filling
orders, leverage, spreads, specific contracts not available, and ect.
There not perfect so you just have to use the one or two that will not affect your trading performance as much
and can give you the most bang for your bucks. If all you do is trade Binary then stick with it until you grow
your account then move to a different instrument such as Forex or Futures.

Stage 5 – The Setbacks:
If you have not followed the 1st four stages properly then you will be at this stage much faster. This stage is
tricky to pass and where traders decide if its not for them or get distracted by chasing new indicators/strategies
since there not having consistent profit. The reason why its so hard to pass this stage is because you do not have
or you’re not following the 4 stages properly so this will automatically put you back to Stage 1.
Every time you learn a completely new indicator or strategy because you feel the last didn’t work or you need
improvements with this or that then it will also put you back to Stage #1 because you have to familiarize this
new education and being that you had an tough time you will more than likely have to battle new emotions
again from losing confidence then create another trading schedule to learn the new stats.
So you see…an endless loop back to Stage 1 either way so the chances of moving forward in your trading
career are very slim until you get the 4 stages in order then beat Stage 5 which most do not!

Stage 6 – The Market Manipulations:
I know..I know…If you some how made it to this stage then its because you heard from a little birdie
somewhere online but that is not enough to save you from the trenches of the market. You are still having
trouble profiting from the market manipulations or your just barely breaking even.
You may take in consideration that 99% of the indicators you have will not save you from the destruction and if
you was taught an technique or strategy that does not include these manipulations then you can throw all that
training out the window as well.
Now, your back to Stage 1 because everything you thought you knew and had is rubbish. There are not that
many traders that specialize in this topic as well because most prefer not to share the secrets in general so its
learn what you can then the rest is trial and error.

Stage 7 – The Assets Behavior:
If you manage to make it pass Stage 6 where its not drowning you and you can breathe above water then
congratulations. You are among the 3% of traders seeing consistent success. More than likely passing Stage 6
should have opened the door for Stage 7 so you should know the behavior of an particular asset subconsciously
or consciously.
This stage has the potential to become something phenomenal and its the stage where I’ve developed my
famous time sequences techniques which allows me to trade without charts or indicators. I’ve met 2 other
traders who know this consciously to my degree and I’m still ahead of the race with an more in depth record.
To better describe it…just imagine each asset is unique and behaves like an child. Some are twins or triplets but
you can tell the different personalities and some are rebellious at times while others just throw tantrums. This
style of perception is not in a traders mindset and thus the issue since traders may perceive the markets as
uncontrollable, analytical, fundamental, or like nothing is guaranteed in the market.

Stage 8 – The Markets Matrix:
This is exactly what is sounds like…you will become the Neo of the Markets. This is pure market knowledge
without the fluff that no indicator can give you and it allows you to know of every inch of the market no matter
what the news, indicators, or software says so you will never be surprised when the price react the way it does.
This is the market full cheat code aka the true holy grail and it will seem as if you are re-writing the market to
move in your favor because you see the entire picture. Traders should get fined for being on this stage and the
broker will dislike you if they are dishonest so give them a heads up.

I warn all my brokers prior to trading if making too much money too quickly is a problem because I’m liable to
have them file bankruptcy if there not prepared.
The 1st 95% of traders will not make it pass Stage 5 and you will have an additional 2% of traders who does
that will make it to Stage 6 but you will have an additional small 1% make it pass that stage and end up on
Stage 7 unconsciously while an additional 1% will bring it to the conscious level.
The only way to reach Stage 8 is forgetting about the money, focusing on your process, learning from every
mistake, learning from every scenario, making it pass Stage 6, and consciously using Stage 7 then maybe…just
maybe…you will be amongst the 1% of traders around the world who have awaken the gift of Stage 8!
