- 3. Silver (Default) Blue How Black File -> Options -> Under General, go to Color Scheme. Choose Blue or Black. Silver is the standard (default) color for the window.

- 5. How Your audience opens the PPT file in the manner you saved it; which is sometimes very disorganized. File -> Options -> Advanced -> Display. Open all documents using this view. Now choose ‘Normal – Thumbnails & Slide’ or whatever else you want
