3. Demonstrating Human Concern:-
I personally believes that he is a “contributor” because he always
concerned about bringing out the best in each student.
He believes that no one is incapable , we are born to do something. He
never shows comparisons of scholar and weak students.
In fact he cares about the future of each student and whether they have
build confidence in the subject.
He also felt that percentages are not important than actual knowledge.
4. Dynamic Identity:-
He has 17 years of experience and he said that “My 17
years of experience taught me to be open to new
development in my field”.
He is always opens to learn from students , he never
thought that, “you are student and you should strictly
follow my rules”.
He believe that, we should always ready to learn new
things from each other. This shows me the “dynamic
identity”.
During conversation I found that he told nothing about
his personal achievements and award. This quality
show again the “dynamic identity”.
5. Vision of success:-
He is not only focused on external success but also focused
on what is the vision and goal behind it.
His goal is to spreading knowledge with less amount in
village because in village there is huge scope of education
especially for higher education. This shows that he is the
one who developed scope for the “contribution”.
Vision of Career:-
• I think that he has “Contributive career” because he is
focused on contributing, with reward being a by product of the
contributions made, Unlike to an “Acquisitive career” in
which career seeker is focused on acquiring higher position or
more benefits.
6. Embarking on the journey to contributor ship:-
He said that human beings are more powerful and can
shape the circumstances they are in.
He also face challenges when he was begins with
journey to the contributor ship against self finance
schools.
He told me that to be a professional is not important in
order to build a contributor ship, any willing person
can build their own.
