Nodes are easily exposed from generated attacks on various layers because they compose simple functions in sensor networks. The false data injection attack drains finite energy resource in a compromised node,and the false HELLO flood attack threatens constructed routing paths in an adversary node. A localized encryption and authentication protocol (LEAP) was developed to prevent the aforementioned attacks through the use of four keys. However, when these attacks occur simultaneously, LEAP may not prevent damage from spreading rapidly throughout the network. In this paper, we propose a method that addresses these attacks through the use of four types of keys, including two new keys. We also improve energy consumption while maintaining a suitable security level. The effectiveness of the proposed method was evaluated relative to that of LEAP when multiple attacks occur. The experimental results reveal that the proposed method enhances energy saving by up to 12% while maintaining sufficient detection power

Nodes are easily exposed from generated attacks on various layers because they compose simple functions in sensor networks. The false data injection attack drains finite energy resource in a compromised node,and the false HELLO flood attack threatens constructed routing paths in an adversary node. A localized encryption and authentication protocol (LEAP) was developed to prevent the aforementioned attacks through the use of four keys. However, when these attacks occur simultaneously, LEAP may not prevent damage from spreading rapidly throughout the network. In this paper, we propose a method that addresses these attacks through the use of four types of keys, including two new keys. We also improve energy consumption while maintaining a suitable security level. The effectiveness of the proposed method was evaluated relative to that of LEAP when multiple attacks occur. The experimental results reveal that the proposed method enhances energy saving by up to 12% while maintaining sufficient detection power

mobile peer to peer network requires more no of messages. Due to this large number of messages passing,
propose an interconnection structure called distributed Spanning Tree (DST) and it improves the efficiency
of the mobile peer to peer network. The proposed method improves the data availability and consistency
across the entire network and also reduces the data latency and the required number of message passes for
any specific application in the network. Further to enhance the effectiveness of the proposed system, the
DST network is optimized with the Ant Colony Optimization method. It gives the optimal solution of the
DST method and increased availability, enhanced consistency and scalability of the network. The
simulation results shows that reduces the number of message sent for any specific application and average
delay and increases the packet delivery ratio in the network.

Autistic children have a wide range of medical and behavioral symptoms that make dental care difficult. Many studies have found little difference in caries rates between autistic and normal children, necessitating an assessment of saliva's protective role. The study evaluated the oral health, salivary pH, and total antioxidant levels of autistic children compared to their siblings. It found that dental caries rates were similar, but autistic children had significantly lower salivary antioxidant levels than their siblings, likely due to increased stress and oxidative stress associated with autism. Oral hygiene was also poorer in autistic children.

◦ Reinforcement of daily plaque biofilm control practices and routine visits to the dental office for maintenance care
are essential to successful microbial plaque biofilm control and the long-term success of therapy.All patients require the regular use of a toothbrush, either manual or electric, at least once per day. The brushing
method should emphasize access to the gingival margins (dento– gingival junction) of all accessible tooth
surfaces, referred to as targeted hygiene, and extension as far onto the proximal surfaces as possible.
◦ Dental floss should be used in all interdental spaces that are filled with gingiva Interdental aids such as
interproximal brushes, wooden tips, rubber tips, or toothpicks should be used in all areas where the toothbrush
and floss techniques cannot adequately remove the plaque biofilm. This includes large embrasure spaces and
furcation areas as well as the mesial surface of the maxillary first bicuspid, which presents a concavity on the

◦ Daily at-home subgingival irrigation is useful for reduction of inflammation and maintenance for patients with
residual deep pockets and those who struggle with mechanical interproximal cleaning devices. The effectiveness

Caries control requires the daily use of a dentifrice with low concentration fluoride. Topical oral rinses and gels with
higher concentrations of fluoride should be used if the patient demonstrates caries risk, and chlorhexidine rinses
should be used in a caries risk management program for patients at high risk for caries.

This study investigated the relationships between dental caries, dental fluorosis, and varying fluoride concentrations in drinking water using data from the 1986-87 National Survey of US School children ages 4-22. The results showed that as water fluoride levels increased, dental caries decreased but dental fluorosis increased, and as water fluoride levels decreased, dental caries increased but dental fluorosis decreased. Based on these relationships, the study suggests that a water fluoride level of 0.7 ppm F is most appropriate for public policy on water fluoridation.

This study examined the effects of applying a 40% chlorhexidine varnish on dental plaque. 40 volunteers participated in a clinical trial where their plaque levels, gingival bleeding, and bacterial colony counts were measured after applying the varnish or not applying anything. The results showed that applying the chlorhexidine varnish significantly decreased plaque levels and gingival bleeding in volunteers with poor oral hygiene. It also reduced the frequency of high bacterial colony counts. The varnish was most effective at reducing plaque for patients with high baseline plaque levels. This study evaluated the effect of a mouthrinse containing 0.05% chlorhexidine and 0.05% fluoride on plaque regrowth over 4 days. 30 subjects were randomly assigned to either the test product or placebo group. Both groups showed no significant difference in plaque or bleeding scores after the treatment period. While higher chlorhexidine concentrations have demonstrated plaque inhibition, this low-concentration formula was not more effective than the placebo at reducing early plaque. Further medium-to-long term studies are needed to fully evaluate the potential benefits of this mouthwash formulation.

- 2. Purpose of this article To review how caries risk assessment of the prosthodontic patient can result in meaningful caries management and a more favorable prosthodontic outcome. To outline considerations on caries risk assessment for improved caries management in the prosthodontic patient.

Preventive treatment plan Involve the patient in disease control The importance of a caries reduction program during and following prosthodontic treatment should be thoroughly discussed with the patient prior to initiating treatment. Fluoride in various forms In prosthodontic patients with gingival recession with other risk factors for caries, a fluoride varnish on root surfaces three times annually is warranted.
- 6. Preventive treatment plan Chlorhexidine Because of staining and impact on taste, chlorhexidine use should be limited to seven consecutive days a month. Recommended dosage is 10 ml of a 0.12% rinse for 1 minute at night at least 1 hour after brushing with fluoridated toothpaste and after removing any prosthesis.
- 7. Preventive treatment plan Xylitol Although the independent variables of unit dose, frequency of chewing, and time chewing have not been thoroughly evaluated, patients at high risk for caries should chew xylitol-containing gum twice daily for 15 minutes with a total xylitol dose of 7 to 10 g per day.
- 8. Preventive treatment plan Combination of xylitol and chlorhexidine Elderly partially and completely edentulous patients with caries and denture stomatitis and/or angular cheilitis would benefit from chewing gum containing both xylitol and chlorhexidine. Since the product studied by Simons et al is not currently available in the United States, the use of xylitol gum daily and 10 ml of a 0.12% rinse of chlorhexidine 1 day a week is a viable alternative.
- 9. Preventive treatment plan Amorphous calcium phosphate Although studies of CCP-ACP are somewhat controversial, there appears sufficient evidence of caries reduction potential to recommend its use, especially in patients with root exposure. Application follows the use of fluoridated toothpaste twice a day using a cotton swab, a finger, or a custom tray.

Preventive treatment plan Stimulation of salivary flow Patients with diminished saliva flow should be counseled managing the condition, including the advantages of a low-sugar diet and on possible relief provided by the products discussed above. Sipping frequently on water that contains two teaspoons of baking soda in 8 oz of water will help hydrate the mouth and neutralize bacterial acids generated in the plaque.
- 11. Conclusion Management of caries risk may include patient behavioral modification, chemical control of the biofilm, stimulation of salivary flow, and/or the supplement of constituents to favor remineralization over demineralization. Successful management of the patient’s caries risk will ultimately result in more enduring prosthodontic outcomes.
