The professional learning team meeting welcomed members back and had two learning targets. The first was to develop an implementation plan for the district's new professional learning system by identifying sections that could be immediately implemented and those needing further work. They would map out timelines for each section. The second target was to identify and prioritize strengths and challenges of prior professional learning to develop action plans to address areas for growth by reviewing survey, evaluation, and observational data. Members then reflected on their progress towards the learning targets. The next meeting is scheduled for February.
