BCS animation and games development SG AGM presentation. Links to youtube videos but includes some speaker notes though I would have said more things :)
A quick demo of the pecha kucha format (20 slides, 20 seconds per slide), although I deviated from the format by only having 11 slides. It got the point across though. I've narrated it again today, but it probably had a bit more energy in front of an audience. Anyway, it should be fast-paced and inspired.
The topic I chose was visual design and powerpoint presentations.
Mobup is a mobile uploader to Flickr cabale of automatic geotagging of the photos. This presentation has been given at the DUEpuntoZERO (2.0) conference in Turin in October 2006.

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.

7. Contingency Planning
Potential Issue Solution
I can't record the actor at college as there
don't have a free period or they're too busy
at break to come and record...
Either book the equipment out and record
them after college or see if they have
microphone of their own and can record
themselves at home – in their free time. If
either aren't an option find back-up actor and
replace them.
I don't have microphone of my own or mine
brakes.
To skip potential issues down the line, it's ill
advised to use your phone for recording. The
best option is to borrow a mic from college
An actor drops out or falls ill. The best thing is to keep a back-up actor in
mind at all times. Either one for each of the cast
members of just one for any part, just generally.
I can't find a sound affect I like or was hoping
for.
In this kind of situation I could replicate a
similar sound effect using pre-existing sound
effects, or I could create my own from scratch
entirely.
8. Health and Safety
Potential Issue How will the issue be
avoided?
From sitting in chair all day this may bring out
back issues from potentially sitting in a weird
positions all day.
A good way to avoid this is by allowing yourself
to take breaks rather than just sit there for a
solid block of time – start till finish.
Getting overly tired and stressed with
work...
Ensure that you maintain good health, with
getting plenty of sleep and breaks to avoid the
"potential issue."
People may gain a soar throat if there
shouting over and over – costantly.
Take breaks in-between take and keep a glass
of water (or something to drink) close to hand.
9. Schedule
Day Plan of Action Resources Required
Day 1 Write the script and produce a script – with stage
directions
Microsoft Word (as writing
software.)
Day 2 Edit the script and decide which bits are more
important and which ones aren't as important so I
can keep it till the runtime (24 minutes.)
Microsoft Word (as writing
software.)
Day 3 Gather up both sound effects and search for cast
members – via holding auditions.
Social Media (To contact
people and hold auditions.)
Day 4 Start on mocking up the audio, leaving places for
the lines to go.
Editing software (such as
Premier Pro, Sony Vegas
and/or Audacity.)
Day 5 Implement the vocals to the audio and complete
the final edits to the audio – keeping it to the
correct length I set or as close I possible can.
Editing software (such as
Premier Pro, Sony Vegas
and/or Audacity.)
Day 6 Produce a possible animated, cover for the
product (-optional.)
Start editing up the cover for my product, working
in layers so I can edit in animated features in post.
Things like Sony Vegas and
Premier Pro for animating,
whilst using things like
Photoshop and Paint.NET for
the actual art.
