three main reasons why William won the Battle of Hastings; this is because William had a head

ordered his foot soldiers to run away so that the English would go downhill after them.
One reason why William won the Battle of Hastings was because of his preparation and readiness

Why I Want to Study Medicine
The sun exploded into a million shades of orange. I sat, friends at each side, atop a monstrous pile
of boulders. I looked over the vastness of Joshua Tree National Park, and saw a glimpse of myself.
Love filled my soul; love of people, love of family. The backcountry has always helped me find
this love; it has been my personal northstar, shepherding me toward research and medicine. I started
backpacking at 13, trekking across the winter harsh lands of Idaho and Montana. It was difficult,
but despite this, a feeling welled within me that pushed me forward. This feeling warmed my
numb fingers and soothed the ache in my thighs. It drew me close to my friends, fostering the
teamwork required. Each new trip allowed me moments of introspection. The teamwork led to

Both situations are dangerous for an unstable sovereign. In modern society, our lack of toleration is
not rooted in religion. For us, toleration becomes questionable when such practices as marriage,
pornography, animal sacrifice and bigotry are called into question. At what point does a government
need to intervene? Should the government not protect all of these under its mission of liberty, and

Film Analysis Of The Movie The Bride Of Frankenstein
Making a good movie is easy but making a great movie is hard. As I watched a short clip from
the movie The Bride of Frankenstein I watched how the acting, plot, lighting, camera work, and
script all made this film come to life. This movie was made in 1935 yet it is still so compelling
to watch because it is successful with the important components of a movie. The first thing I
noticed about the short clip was the lighting. As a photographer lighting is the most important
thing about pictures and films. I realized that the whole movie was very dark for the most part.
As I watched the short clip I saw harsh shadows on the background or on their faces which gave a
mysterious feeling. As a viewer it came off creepy, and kept thinking was something about to pop
out? The lighting was great when Pretorius says to Dr. FrankensteinYou are responsible for all the
murders, there is a dark shadow on Dr. Frankenstein. As for Pretorius it seems like he has a halo of
light around him. I have a feeling that the lightening in this conversation was intentional. Dr.
Frankenstein is looked down, dark, and evil because he murdered people. While in this same
conversation it seems like Pretorius is the good guy in this situation even though they both do not
seem very good. All in all, the lighting was very intentional. If they put soft/ airy lighting in this film
, I do not think the message would come across and it would not be as interesting than it was.

War and Terrorism is one of the most contended debates in our societies today and beyond.
However, before making any contribution towards this topic, I will like readers of this paper to
understand what war and terrorism means. A war from my understanding as a student from the

related to injustice, economic inequality or intimidation, which will later result into arm conflict
(either civilly or internationally), while terrorism on the other hand is considered as violence or

like to agree with both Murphy and Lackeys perception about war and terrorism. In the article,
Murphy believed that the process of reconciliation to resolve conflict within our societies or beyond
is far better than bearing arms to resolve disputes. More so, in the article Murphy pointed out that
some of the fundamental justification for her entire premises about reconciliation and it morality
