In a first step, you define all
relevant checkpoints. For

possibilities are at your
disposal:

individually by yourself.
• You take over existing

In our modern and well-arranged dashboard
you can keep track of your examinations. By
following the link https://my.4-check.com you
immediately end up in the program surface with
any browser – an installation and laborous
adjustment to your IT-setting isn‘t necessary
anymore.
4-check is available in two program languages:
german and english. Further languages can be
implemented if required.

8. GENERATE YOUR EXAMINATIONS
Handling 4-check is as easy as pie, no matter if
you have simple or extensive contents. All you
need to flesh up your checklists are a few
general settings like a name, the cycle of your
checks or the rating system you require.
A special feature of 4-check are the random
examinations: to really guarantee the objectivity
of your evaluation, there is a random generator
available that chooses random contents of your
checklists for an examination.

you can generate your own
contents or let us install

As preset standard you can
choose between three
rating systems. But as a
special feature you can
additionally generate your
own individual rating
systems in the settings
which you can select and
utilize afterwards.

Countless free text fields
enable you to assign further
information to your check-
points, e.g. room
schedules, evaluation
criteria etc. In addition, we
offer you to adapt the
system to your require-
ments and to update it with
desired features.

10. EVALUATE THE CONTENTS
The examination is as individual as the
evaluation of its content. For this reason, you
can generate and utilize arbitrary rating systems
in 4-check. At this point it doesn‘t matter if you
always use the same rating system or choose
another system for every check.

USE EVERY DEVICE
4-check is running completely in the Cloud i.e.
an installation on your computer isn‘t necessary.
Your data is reliably safed in a serverfarm in
Germany– certified to TÜV ISO 27001 and PCI-
DSS.
For you to be able to use our App mobile as
well, it is available free of charge at iTunes and
Google Play.

Programs have to be supportive and quickly
operatable. For this reason, 4-check is
particularly friendly and intuitively designed. If
you still should be at a loss one time, we
implemented different possibilities to help you
out immediately:
• A knowledge data base regarding different
topics helps you with illustrated manuals and
even short video clips.
• The 4-check ticket system affords you to
ask questions within the software.
Furthermore an intelligent algorithm
identifies your question and is able to provide
support at once.
• For complex questions, our E-Mail- and
telephone-support is at your disposal at any
time.

ALL EVALUATIONS ALWAYS AT HAND
For quality checks to be able to support you
immediately, their results have to be directly
visible. Long evaluations are a thing of the past
just as typewriting papercharts. 4-check creates
varying statistical evaluations for a desired
period in real-time. Thus you have your
examinations under control and you are able to
diagnose errors bevor they can occur.

position to execute mobile examinations? No

generated and featured with the desired
