Emmanuel Odulade's Presentation for the Liveworx Technology Conference 2017. Evaluates the values lurking around brownfield IoT development, its current challenges and things that need to be put in place.
XR and the Future of Immersive TechnologyVincent Lau
Extended Reality (XR) is an umbrella term for Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Mixed Reality (MR), and any other kind of immersive technology. In just the last 5 years alone, XR has seen rapid adoption and development of immersive applications that are used in many sectors from Edutainment to Medical. Looking at the state of XR today, let us compare the differences between the various immersive technologies to understand their current limitations and the sectors that they are poised to disrupt. As we begin a new year with hope of a global recovery from the pandemic, we observe some key trends in XR development that will determine the future of immersive technology in the post-COVID world.
NVIDIA’s invention of the GPU in 1999 sparked the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. More recently, GPU deep learning ignited modern AI — the next era of computing — with the GPU acting as the brain of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can perceive and understand the world. Today, NVIDIA is increasingly known as “the AI computing company.”
Augmented Reality: Merging Our Real World WIth The VirtualLynne d Johnson
Lynne d Johnson's Emerging Media Conference #EmMeCon presentation June 19, 2012. A Virtual World: A look into where Augmented Reality is headed and the possibilities of bringing the virtual world into the real world.
This video and the corresponding presentation looks at the definition of Extended Reality, XR and how 3GPP 5G standards are evolving to cater for XR in the future releases.
XR is an umbrella term for all the immersive technologies. The ones we already have today are Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR) plus those that are yet to be created. All immersive technologies extend the reality we experience by either blending the Real and/or Virtual Worlds or by creating a fully immersive experience.

Daknet Abstract ( prepared by me for seminar in my college )Nikhil Jain
DakNet is an ad hoc network which uses wireless technology to provide digital connectivity.
A simple store-and-forward WiFi system, using a government bus as a central linkage. The bus contains a simple WiFi installation and server, and when in range of one of the outlying information kiosks it synchronizes data for later processing. Mounted and powered on a bus or motorcycle with a small generator MAP physically transports data between public kiosks and private communications devices and between kiosks and a hub (for non real time internet access). Low cost Wi-Fi radio transceivers transfer data stored in MAP at high bandwidth for each point-to-point connection.

Yohann Tschudi, Technology and Market Analyst at Yole Développement, presents the "AI Is Moving to the Edge—What’s the Impact on the Semiconductor Industry?" tutorial at the May 2019 Embedded Vision Summit.
Artificial intelligence is proliferating into numerous edge applications and disrupting numerous industries. Clearly this represents a huge opportunity for technology suppliers. But it can be difficult to discern exactly what form this opportunity will take. For example, will edge devices perform AI computation locally, or in the cloud? Will edge devices use separate chips for AI, or will AI processing engines be incorporated into the main processor SoCs already used in these devices?
In this talk, Tschudi answers these questions by presenting and explaining his firm's market data and forecasts for AI processors in mobile phones, drones, smart home devices and personal robots. He explains why there is a strong trend towards executing AI computation at the edge, and quantifies the opportunity for separate processor chips and on-chip accelerators that address visual and audio AI tasks.
Generative AI, Game Development and the Future of CivilizationJon Radoff
This is my talk from Gamescom Congress in 2023: the topic is the use of generative AI in game development -- but the context is much broader. This is about the next stage of human civilization, where our minds and our creativity are extended through the use of AI tools and agents. My talk is not only about creativity, but empowerment: tools that act upon our goals and reflect our individuality.
This is a somewhat condensed and updated version of a lecture I presented at the MIT Media Lab course on Metaverse (MAS.S61).

모두의연구소에서 발표한 “Multiagent Bidirectional-Coordinated Nets for Learning to Play StarCraft Combat Games” 자료를 공유합니다.
BiCNet with vectorized extension of actor-critic formulation이라는것을 써서 이것을 해결합니다.

[From] https://www.economist.com/blogs/graphicdetail/2014/11/secular-stagnation-graphics
Productivity Paradox (생산성의 역설)
