This document outlines the features and requirements of a 3rd level apprenticeship program in Italy aimed at obtaining a university degree or other high education. Apprentices must be 18-29 years old and have adequate qualifications. The program objectives are to acquire specialized skills for the employer's growth and innovation or achieve an academic qualification through educational activities and responsibilities supported by interaction between educational institutions and firms. Employers must sign agreements with training institutions, contribute to individual training plans, provide internal training and tools, and receive regulatory incentives like reduced contribution rates and tax breaks for apprentices. Apprentices receive remuneration defined by collective agreements.
