- Not all the topics taught during the university program will help students on their career improvement, they are
just mandatory.
- Students who performedinterns prior to have their degree will be more prepared to face work.
- Whatever they say it´s not necessarily what they think or how they feel about either university and students.
- Internship is a way to enhance students’ ability on a specific topic; and works better if the students know in
what area he/she will be working.
- The University may find a way to improve company’s interests on having interns as part of their assets. Such as
graduate programs or interns career fair.
- University needs to review mandatory topics that do not stand for the student´s career growth.
- University needs also to review teachers’ background in order to enhance university´s performance within local
industries.
- Teachers needs to find a way to make students getting more interested about career developmentduring their
graduation programme.
