There are 5 food groups, which are…
1. Fruit and vegetables

4. Milk, eggs and dairy products

5. Sugary and fatty products Our body also need some SUGAR AND FAT, but not in big amounts.
Each group of food is necessary for the correct growth and health of our body… but not in the same amount. How can we know what our body needs?  The importance of a  healthy diet .
