2. Front Cover Process
When making my front cover, I found it incredibly
useful to go over tools I could use. For example, I
used the rectangle tool to make the red bar at the
top. I then went onto Google Chrome to find a
barcode that I copied, pasted and transformed to
rotate and resize it. The background picture was
also found on Google Chrome. The font I used was
a simple serif. I planned on adding a small cover
line following the angle of the red bar with stars
separating each article. The main cover line
would’ve been “MiGnificent!” in red as the plane
on the front is a Mig-15.

3. Reflection
• What elements of your experiments will you
include in your final product?
– I enjoyed making the front cover so I will definitely
include features like the serif font and a simple
picture on the front. I don’t want to complicate
the front cover too much so it will be rather
empty.

annoying to

• What elements of your experiments will you
include in your final product?
– I like the look of the layout, with the title on the
top and a large quote about ¾ of the way up the
right page. Unfortunately, my actual dps won’t
have anything like this as it’s about fashion. It may
have a quote, but the layout will be completely
different.
