"felt obligation," examining 120 articles published between 1986 and 2024. The aim of the study is to deepen our
understanding of the existing knowledge in the field of "felt obligation" and to provide guidance for further
research. The analysis is centered around the authors, countries, institutions, and keywords of the articles. The
findings highlight prominent researchers in this field, leading universities, and influential journals. Particularly,
it is identified that China plays a leading role in "felt obligation" research. The analysis of keywords emphasizes
the thematic focuses of these studies and provides a roadmap for future research. Finally, various
recommendations are presented to deepen the knowledge in this area and promote applied research. This study
serves as a foundation to expand and advance the understanding of "felt obligation" in the field.

Improving Workplace Safety Performance in Malaysian SMEs: The Role of Safety ...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: In the Malaysian context, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) experience a significant
burden of workplace accidents. A consensus among scholars attributes a substantial portion of these incidents to
human factors, particularly unsafe behaviors. This study, conducted in Malaysia's northern region, specifically
targeted Safety and Health/Human Resource professionals within the manufacturing sector of SMEs. We
gathered a robust dataset comprising 107 responses through a meticulously designed self-administered
questionnaire. Employing advanced partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) techniques
with SmartPLS 3.2.9, we rigorously analyzed the data to scrutinize the intricate relationship between safety
behavior and safety performance. The research findings unequivocally underscore the palpable and
consequential impact of safety behavior variables, namely safety compliance and safety participation, on
improving safety performance indicators such as accidents, injuries, and property damages. These results
strongly validate research hypotheses. Consequently, this study highlights the pivotal significance of cultivating
safety behavior among employees, particularly in resource-constrained SME settings, as an essential step toward
enhancing workplace safety performance.

1. 3 Different Ideas for the music
magazine I will be producing
All of these ideas will be presented in
a similar way, the images should be
clear, I should try and make sure the
double page spread is featuring the
same person as shown on the front
cover. I should include a pull quote
and also make sure there is a large
amount of pages featured in the list.
2. Flat Planning
To ensure I have enough pages featured in my
magazine, even though I am only fully producing
a front cover, contents page and double page
spread, I will be using a method called Flat
Planning which means I will be able to organise
my ideas for different parts of the magazine all
on one document and then I can refer back to
the flat plan when I am in progress of producing
my final piece.
3. First Idea: Electronic / Dance
My first idea is a theme of Electronic / Dance. To
make the magazine relevant to the genre I will
be covering, I will feature a DJ or a well known
Electronic Artist on the front cover image. The
magazine will feature reviews of music and
shout outs the newer music being released, as
well as looking back to the past and reviewing
previous classics in the Electronic / Dance genre.
There will be competitions to win audio gear
and concert tickets.
4. First Idea: Electronic / Dance
I don’t think that there will need to be as many
promotions in an Electronic magazine as
opposed to another genre, for example Indie
Rock, because the genre is currently more
established and has more artists and presence in
the Top 40 charts, for example. The Electronic
magazine would feature bright fonts and bold
colours as the music in the Electronic genre is
considered fast and also crazy at times.
5. First Idea: Electronic / Dance
The audience for this type of magazine would generally
be around 18-30 years old. The Electronic genre appeals
to people who go to places such as Ibiza and people who
are at university as the music is very often featured in
nightclubs and at house parties. Electronic / Dance fans
are more likely to listen to music or purchase music using
technology using the internet using services such as
Spotify and iTunes. DJs have started to use digital media
for moving music between sets as opposed to CDs. To
show that I have understood which audience I am aiming
this magazine to, I may then use a promotional offer for a
free downloadable album inside the magazine.
6. Second Idea – Indie Rock
To compliment the theme of Indie Rock, I would
feature a musician or a band on the front cover
image with instruments related to the Indie Rock
genre, such as a guitar. The magazine would have a
similar style to the Electronic / Dance idea as it
would look at the newest artists but also look back
on the classics. Indie Rock would have more content
about promoting new talent than an Electronic
magazine in my opinion, because the genre isn’t as
prominent in the charts as Electronic at present.
7. Second Idea – Indie Rock
I believe Indie Rock would have an older reader demographic as
opposed to an Electronic / Dance music magazine because Indie
Rock is more of a hybrid-genre and therefore has less people
listening to it than one of the major genres. My audience for an
Indie Rock magazine would be 20-35. Their clothes choices
would be a lot more unique than the major brands people in the
Pop or Electronic genres buy their clothes from for example.
Indie Rock fans are more likely to purchase music via CD as
opposed to listening to it over the Internet or buying it through
services such as iTunes. To show the audience that we are
thinking about how they listen to music I may include a
promotional offer for a free CD.
8. Third Idea – Pop or Rap (Chart Music)
A famous artist would be featured on the front
cover of this magazine as potential readers
would be more likely to pick up the magazine. A
chart music magazine may even be able to get
away with using an image associated with an
artist such as a logo or even the front cover of
their new album. This magazine could feature
new artists to hit the charts and also look back
on the charts, for example music from 10 years
ago.
9. Third Idea – Pop or Rap (Chart Music)
The colours used on a Charts magazine would
relate to what genre of music is currently
trending in that month and in the charts.
Some weeks it may be bold and colourful for
Electronic and Pop, and other weeks it may be a
bit more urban and unsaturated when there are
songs featured in the Rap and Rock genres in the
charts in that month.
10. Third Idea – Pop or Rap (Chart Music)
The audience of a Chart Music magazine would be
teenagers, between 13-18. In order to make sure
the audience can understand the content of the
magazine, the vocabulary used may be more simple
than another genre of magazine which has an older
reader demographic, for example Indie Rock. More
than likely the people reading the Chart Music
magazine will be going to school so the magazine
may not be as packed with information in order for
a reader to be able to read the whole magazine and
not just finish with it halfway through reading it.
