1. Identify a room to be converted /transformed or be used as 21st CLEM
2. Identify/seek funding source (LGU, foundations, other stakeholders,
DepEd)
3. Comply with physical requirements (size, electrical, building , etc.)
4. Procure furniture, equipment and technologies for 21st CLEM
5. Attend seminar on 21st CLEM: Setting-Up, Maintenance and
Sustainability
6. Attend seminars/trainings on academic and education technologies
prescribed by SEI
7. Establish policy on the use and maintenance of 21st CLEM
8. Agree to coordinate with DOST-SEI as monitoring agency and submit
prescribed forms
9. Participate in the research or study, for which results may enhance 21st
century teaching and learning
10. Sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between stakeholders,
LGU, DepED, DOST and SEI
